Decision 2016: PSC poll, with JMC Analytics and Polling’s response to the “War Room PAC”

JMC Analytics and Polling was commissioned by the Mike Francis campaign for Public Service Commissioner to poll the Public Service Commission District 4 race (PSC District 4 encompasses Southwest and Central Louisiana, and the map can be found here).

Earlier this week, LABI sent out a “War Room PAC” email which discussed this and other races. Their analysis/conclusions were incorrect on two points, and the rebuttal to those points can also be found in the poll summary, which is here.
